As we have entered 2024, it is pivotal in this season to understand the function of the Office of a Teacher. This course is so timely. The Teacher Gift is marked by divine revelation and supernatural ability to bring the word of God’s light, wisdom, and teaching sound doctrine that will establish faith in believers and equip them to be effective and efficient in the service of ministry.

The word ‘teacher’ (Greek didaskalos) means instructor; a teacher who trains and creates an environment where others learn.
1 Cor. 12:28, “He appointed these in the church: First Apostles, Second Prophets, and Third, Teachers” to redefine their role and function of all the other ministry gifts in context with and in connection with one another.

According to 1 Corinthians 12:28, the Office of the Teacher is the third highest calling.

Our mission objective is to train, empower, and mentor our students into a deeper biblical understanding of the ministry of, "The Office of Teacher" and how it relates to the knowledge to differentiate "The gift of a Teacher versus a Teacher."

Many teach because they like to or feel obligated to, but a person who stands in the Office of a Teacher is supernaturally gifted to teach. He is often given supernatural revelation concerning the Word of God and can explain the Bible in a manner that makes it understandable and applicable. We will, therefore, open the scriptures and allow the Lord to breathe upon every session to unfold His revelation.

Emma Colbert is the Founder of SHIM Leadership Institute.  Emma is a gifted apostolic leader, with a prophetic teaching anointing to train equip, and release leaders to move by the power of the Holy Spirit to fulfill their purposes and destinies. 

She carries an Apostolic anointing for breakthrough, nationally and internationally.

Kevin Ahalt
​Instructor

Kevin Ahalt is a gifted apostolic leader and teacher who brings wisdom and understanding to the issues of life. With an assignment to raise up leaders in this generation. Kevin challenges believers to be transformed in their thinking so that they see themselves as God sees them and begin to walk in His plan for their lives. Kevin’s ministry has taken him to the nations, ministering in Bible schools and churches in Latin America and the United States. He is also a successful entrepreneur with a keen insight into business strategies and organizational development. Kevin is a graduate of Rhema Bible College and the Supernatural Ministries Training Institute and he also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Virginia Intermont College.

Annette Ahalt
​Instructor

​Annette Ahalt is a prophetic voice for this generation, bringing clarity, insight, and revelation knowledge for the present day. Known for a ministry of miracles and the demonstration of the power of God, many lives are transformed during her meetings. Originally from Panama, Central America, Annette came to the United States in 1984. Annette’s ministry has taken her to many nations, teaching and preaching the word of God in Bible schools, healing schools, prayer schools, and churches throughout the United States and Latin America. She also mentors a group of women during a weekly discipleship class that is conducted simultaneously in three states. Annette is a graduate of Rhema Bible College and the Supernatural Ministries Training Institute.
